I was looking for new tires for my escalade. I seen a promotion on Facebook - buy 3 get the 4th tire for $1 - I clicked the link, up came Bud Weiser in Beloit. It was the best price I found for tires! I clicked the button to schedule the service, presto! I got in the next day. Sean in the service department was kind and professional. He got me in and out at a very reasonable time. Could not be happier with this place. They even washed my car! Thank you! I definitely will be coming back for an oil change and free tire rotation!

I had an engine light come on in my 2019 silverado, Cylinder 7 Deactivation Intake Valve Control Circuit low P3451. I was on a trip out of state and drove about 1500 miles with the engine light on. I had the same code 15 months earlier and Budweiser had fixed the issue. I made an appoint to have it checked out. Prior to getting the truck to Budweiser the engine light quite coming on. Dropped the vehicle at 7:15 AM and returned at 4:30 PM. No one had called so I assumed the issue was fixed. Turns out they could not diagnose the problem, so they moved on to other jobs. I was told they are a busy shop and need to get to their other work. The part that irritates me is that no one had called. I have since made arrangements for another supplier to address my concerns.

I had to stop in to the service center for a scheduled appointment at 7am to get a second key for my Chevy Colorado and have it programmed. I was checked in right away and the work was completed in 90 min. The serve technician was very helpful and polite.

I had to take our 2020 Silverado 2500 HD diesel in for an oil change. The Service shop is an amazing department. they work tirelessly to get vehicles in and out on time and within peoples budgets. Everyone work together to make this work seamlessly, not many dealerships I've been to I can say that about.
