I was quoted a price for oil change and tire rotation all together and they charged me that price plus extra for the tire rotation.
Sean was very helpful and let me know of issues that could wait or they could take care of with NO PRESSURE. I chose to take care of one.Also, driving home I noticed jerky operation. I took it back and they found a problem not related to my repair but they took care of it at no charge.

Service writers are always friendly and helpful. Support staff from phones to cashier are pleasant to work with. The techs need a little more guidance on not leaving oily fingerprints on the vehicle.
I find Budweiser to be a very vibrant business in the community. Helping so many vehicle owners maintain their vehicles or even purchase a new ride. They work with people on their schedule. The service center was clean and the staff was friendly. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and all the recalls were fixed.
Just okay. Didn’t appreciate service rep making me feel dumb when I asked about password for WiFi. And instead of telling me he sent me back to lobby to read sign. When I was sitting in that room I was not saving the sign. 👎

We took our XT5 in for an oil change. After returning home Sean called and said a small radiator leak was reported. We returned the vehicle the same day. We were given loaner to drive. The very next morning Sean called and said our car was ready. Excellent service repair, under warranty. Very much appreciated by us. Thank You.

Service was good, steering wheel had grime on it that turned my fingers black. The cost seemed a bit high, checking the web the average for the work done to my vehicle was 2000. I thought that almost 2400 was excessive.

I would have given 5 stars but I just had my car cleaned a few days ago and upon receiving my car back there was a black smudge on the top of the hood from the service technician working on my car.
I would recommend this dealer. I took my car in to have work done. They ended up having to fix additional parts. They finished my vehicle before the day ended. Very friendly and customer focused.

My rep wasn't pushy. I explained to him that I didn't have a lot of money and needed to keep to the oil change and little else. He was patient and kind about that. I didn't feel like he was panic-upselling me.

The counter staff are always friendly and answer questions. Work is always preformed when promised. This visit had one little problem - the technician that worked on the vehicle did not put a protective mat down and therefore got a grease stain on the light grey floor mat. First time that's happened.

Juan was very thorough in going over all the updated controls on the new vehicle. Also I have had great service at this dealership in the many years of doing business with them.
They quoted my truck for rust repair and after the work was completed and the rust came back within a couple months they told me they don’t have the technology to do rust repairs. So why did they take the job on if they didn’t know how to do it. I would have taken somewhere else if i had known that.

I brought my 2016 Corvette to Bud Weiser Motors due to a low battery warning. I informed the parts department that I needed a replacement battery for the vehicle. The parts staff appeared unsure whether they had the correct battery in stock. One employee eventually said he “thought” a particular battery would be compatible. Despite the uncertainty, they installed the battery.
After installation, the low battery warning continued to appear. I replaced the key fob batteries, suspecting that might be the cause. The dealership also used a handheld scanner to cancel the warning, but the light returned the very next day ... Read More

On Oct 21, 2024 I had my Tahoe in to Bud Weiser for an oil change and an air leak in the front passenger tire. They told me a plug was all that was needed and charged me $30 in addition to my oil change. All good, or so I thought. Fast forward to November 18th and I am driving to Texas. Bought a 2010 Cobalt that thankfully got ruled a full loss from our insurance due to hail as the trans started slipping. Traded that in for 2010 Equinox that in two years has had the catalytic converter, transmission, timing chain+tensioner+pulleys, and now it's eating oil and has excessive crankcase pressure. Normally, I wouldn't fault the dealership for these as they are a known GM issue with several service bulletins that cover them, but Steve the Service MANAGER stopped returning my calls when I brought this to his attention. My radio and screen shorted and Sean and the team worked hard to replace and repair even during the GM strike. I returned to have my oil changed too.
GM sent the wrong parts on the first attempt for the repair (Trax safety recall). Shawn stayed on top of everything from start to finish and kept me updated as well. All good to go now.
Very quick service. recommended a check on my air system that was reasonably priced. And was worth it! 5 stars out of 5! Thank you!
